Catalyzation:
Clear Water White-4 ounces #269 per gal.
Whites-5 ounces #269 per gal.
1485 Primer-3 ounces #269 per gal.

Pot Life:
One day's use

Clears:
Seal with #35 Vinyl Sealer or # 15 NS Sealer

Whites:
Seal with #1886 White Edge Surfacer or #1485 Catalyzed Primer

Thinner:
Recommended thinner in cold weather is Xylene. Hot weather is HI-SOL 10, no more than 10% by volume. If necessary to slow down the time, use 9080 Retarder up to 6 ounces per gallon.

Recoat:
Within 30 minutes or overnight, scuff, sand, and recoat. Be sure sealers are thoroughly dry. These recoat times are at 77' or warmer. In cold weather, more time may be required.

Cure:
Full cure 7-10 days, odor will go away in 7-1 0 days. Dry to pack overnight.

Clean up:
All equipment should be cleaned daily with MEK Solvent to prevent drying of material in lines.

Conversion varnishes offer the most durable finish, water, and chemical resistance of any product on the market.

• Precatalyzed Lacquers are the newest user friendly catalyzed product. They offer extra durability against abrasion, scratching, water, and various household chemicals.

• Our Precatalyzed Lacquers are formulated Water White so they may be used over light colored stains.

Recoat:
Be sure sealer is dry. Allow 15-30 minutes depending on temperature. Recoat anytime and allow 24 hours to pack and ship.

Thinner:
These products are at spray viscosity but may be reduced with a small amount of #48 Lacquer Thinner, depending on spray equipment.

Clean Up:
Lacquer Thinner or MEK.

• Acrylics provide the clearest of all finishes and will not yellow.

• Use these acrylic lacquers as any other standard lacquer.

*Use unreduced for Edgefiller or 30% reduction for White Primer Surfacer.

• These Sealers and Primers may be used under any of our Lacquer or Conversion Products.

Recoat:
15 minutes, pack to ship overnight.

Thinner:
Premium grade Lacquer Thinner (our #48 Lacquer Thinner) no more than 10% by volume.

Clean Up:
Lacquer Thinner.
